(“we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Client”) agree to the following terms:
We offer mobile detailing services, including but not limited to: interior/exterior washes, clay bar treatment, paint correction, ceramic coating, leather care, and specialty packages for motorcycles and marine vessels.
Estimates: Based on your submitted details; final pricing may vary after on-site inspection. Payment Due: Upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Methods Accepted: Cash, credit/debit cards, and approved digital payments. Late Fees: Invoices unpaid after 15 days may incur a $25 late fee.
Notice Required: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late / No-Show Fee: Up to 50% of quoted service cost for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
Clients must:
Ensure the service area is accessible and clear of obstructions (vehicles, furniture, pets).Provide accurate vehicle and contact information. Secure all windows and doors before service.
If you’re not satisfied, notify us within 48 hours so we can address and resolve any issues at no extra charge.
We exercise care and professional standards but are not liable for pre-existing damage, concealed defects, or issues arising from improper maintenance. Services are provided “as-is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, expressed or implied.
With your consent, we may photograph or video your vehicle before and after service for marketing purposes. Let us know in advance if you wish to opt out.
These terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Monmouth County, NJ.
